Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations will serve as the firm's most senior operational leader. This position is hybrid/on-site and can be based in Lansing, Michigan, Chicago or Charlotte, NC. The role is responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure that enables the firm to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service, strong compliance standards, and operational excellence. The role reports directly to the CEO and leads the firm's operations, client service, accounting and HR functions.This role develops the operational framework to support the firm's strategy and is tasked with translating that strategy into clear processes, scalable systems, and accountable teams. Critical to the success of the role is ownership of operational initiatives so that members of the leadership team and advisors can focus on growth, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.As CG Financial Services continues to grow, operational complexity increases across teams, technology, and departments.
