You will support the personalized, intent-driven journeys that guide prospective customers from first click to account opening — contributing directly to Citi's most critical growth metric: incremental digital account growth.If you are an analytically minded, curious self-starter eager to sharpen your craft in a high-impact digital environment, this role is built for you.What You'll DoReporting to and supporting the Lead Digital Product Analyst, you will be a critical execution partner across UX redesign initiatives, conversion rate optimization, technical SEO, and personalization — the three pillars of Citi's 2027 digital strategy. Your work will power the Lead's ability to move fast, stay accurate, and deliver at scale.Digital Storefront Analysis & Optimization Support Support data-driven optimization across citi.com's pre-login experience by conducting regular analysis of pages, entry points, and user journeys to surface conversion and engagement opportunities Assist the Lead Digital Product Analyst and product/marketing stakeholders in translating business objectives into well-researched, evidence-backed digital experience recommendations Provide analytical and operational support for high-priority 2027 initiatives including Homepage & Global Navigation Redesign, Dynamic Pricing, Mortgage Rate Enhancements, and New Cash and Value Card experiences Assist in executing A/B tests and CRO experiments — synthesizing results and preparing findings for review and decision-making by the Lead and wider teamPerformance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and track key performance indicators including incremental digital account growth, page engagement, entry-point bounce rates, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO rankings — flagging anomalies and trends for the Lead's attention Identify and document tagging gaps and data quality issues; coordinate with technical and analytics teams under the Lead's direction to implement corrections and maintain data integrity Build, maintain, and refresh dashboards and reporting templates that give the Lead and wider product and marketing stakeholders a clear, consistent view of acquisition funnel performanceCross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams — including UX designers, engineers, content strategists, SEO specialists, and marketing managers — supporting the delivery of optimized digital experiences as directed by the Lead Prepare clear, well-structured analyses and data summaries that the Lead can leverage in stakeholder presentations and decision-making forums Translate data findings into accessible, digestible formats — supporting the team's ability to communicate performance and insights across functionsPlatform & Roadmap Support Provide research, analysis, and documentation support for product roadmap activities, helping the Lead assess prioritization trade-offs and time-to-market decisions Support the migration of legacy content and landing pages to AEM, assisting with tracking validation, QA, and performance continuity checks Assist with personalization expansion efforts — conducting audience segmentation analysis and supporting the development of intent-driven acquisition strategies under the Lead's guidanceRisk, Compliance & Controls Apply appropriate care and judgment in all digital activities, ensuring alignment with Citi's reputation standards and client asset safeguarding principles Support the team's adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies across all digital marketing activities Escalate potential control issues to the Lead promptly and transparently, with sound ethical judgmentExperience & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing, product analysis, or a related field — ideally within financial services or a large-scale consumer digital environment Demonstrated ability to use data and structured analysis to surface insights and support improvements in digital conversion, engagement, or acquisition Working knowledge of web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and familiarity with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, or equivalent) and CMS platforms (AEM a plus) Basic familiarity with SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and site performance principles Some exposure to tagging, data layer concepts, and QA processes for digital analytics accuracySkills & Competencies Analytical curiosity — you are comfortable digging into data, spotting patterns, and bringing structured findings to your team, even when the picture isn't immediately clear Clear communication — you can present data and analysis in an organized, accessible way that supports the Lead's ability to influence stakeholders Commercial awareness — you're developing an understanding of how digital experience improvements connect to broader business outcomes Execution focus — you take ownership of assigned workstreams, deliver reliably, and proactively flag blockers before they become problems Eagerness to learn — you are receptive to coaching and feedback, and actively seek to grow your skills in digital analytics, product thinking, and acquisition strategyWhy This Role, Why NowCiti is in the midst of a transformational investment in citi.com — modernizing its technology stack, redesigning the end-to-end pre-login experience, and expanding personalization capabilities across all Lines of Business.
