About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the global pipeline generation and accelerating software subscription growth, particularly across North America. This executive will be responsible for leading the full-funnel growth marketing strategy, integrating various marketing functions such as ABM, demand generation, performance marketing, and field marketing into a cohesive growth plan. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Sales and the BDR/SDR team to meet shared targets and will be expected to have a hands-on approach, setting the strategy, building the necessary infrastructure, and ensuring its effective execution. Key responsibilities include owning the company's marketing-generated pipeline, developing integrated marketing programs, and improving lead quality and conversion. The role demands a leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly to mid-market and SMB customers, and a proven track record in building and optimizing inbound demand generation. Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a senior-level marketing leadership background within a subscription-based B2B software or SaaS company and a demonstrated ability to drive software subscription growth. Experience in all aspects of the software subscription lifecycle and a deep understanding of subscription economics are essential. The role requires a leader who is adept at using marketing metrics to guide decisions, and who has practical experience in leveraging AI and automation to enhance marketing performance.
