Recruiters will manage the full recruitment cycle while partnering with active clients and candidates within their designated specialty.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through placementSource, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersDevelop expertise within a designated industry specialtyMaintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring processManage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting recruiting goalsProvide consultative guidance to both clients and candidatesBuild and grow a productive recruiting desk within an established marketBase Salary: $70,000First-Year Earnings: $90,000 – $100,000+ including performance incentivesThis is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruiter seeking the resources, market access, and support needed to build a highly successful recruiting desk while advancing within a respected staffing organization.
