Financial Operations Manager

JTS is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to provide vital information to the business.Your research and expertise will ensure that the organization is making the best decisions for the future. This position is onsite with JTS in Georgia. Relocation assistance could be available if required.

This role is based in the corporate office in Peachtree Corners, GA, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule. For candidates outside the area, we are open to supporting relocation. Support is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis for candidates who meet key qualifications.

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

Onsite for 90 days, then the opportunity to work Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office)

Salary: $90,000-110,000 + annual profit sharing bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage the companys external accounting partner to ensure timely financials
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures according to budget
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

Other Responsibilities:

• Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data
• Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing results as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of business, accounting or finance or other relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
• Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel formulas and functions; familiarity with data query/data management tools (Power BI, etc.)
• BA or BS degree (Accounting/Analytics/Finance/Economics)
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
