Our team currently represents a global leader in e-commerce and technology and supports the growth of its business platform designed for small and mid-sized companies. Through direct B2B engagement, our sales team connects with business owners and decision-makers to introduce solutions, acquire new accounts, and develop long-term customer relationships.

As we continue expanding across South Florida, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our Miami–Fort Lauderdale team.

Responsibilities:

• Connect and consult with business owners and key decision-makers

• Develop new B2B accounts within an assigned territory

• Conduct one-on-one sales presentations and recommend solutions based on business needs

• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through account acquisition

• Build and maintain relationships with new business customers

• Manage and organize territory activity and account follow-up

• Track individual KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance

• Represent Atlas Hartmann and our client with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 0–4 years of experience in sales, serving, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence engaging with business owners and professionals

• Competitive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused mindset

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Leadership potential and a willingness to learn

• B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$44,000 - $88,000, including guaranteed pay and uncapped commission. Additional performance incentives are available.
