Recruiting Coordinator

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives on building strong candidate pipelines while keeping recruiting operations organized, responsive, and candidate-centered. This role blends proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, ATS administration, and support for recruiters and hiring managers - all in service of the people, processes, and technology that help our clients turn their growth vision into reality.

Essential Functions

• Source and engage prospective candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and priority roles across our diverse client base
• Screen candidates against defined role requirements and route qualified prospects to recruiters
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection
• Maintain accurate, timely candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Post jobs, monitor postings, and support recruiting reporting and process documentation
• Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience from first outreach through disposition

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify priorities, timelines, and sourcing needs
• Bring curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven sourcing tools and technology, helping identify smarter, faster ways to connect with top talent
• Ensure consistent, qualified candidate pipelines for priority searches
• Maintain accurate and current recruiting data
• Support fast, clear candidate communication and dependable interview coordination
• Help reduce administrative bottlenecks for recruiters and hiring managers

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, talent acquisition, or administrative support
• Strong written communication and candidate outreach skills
• Comfort using ATS, CRM, scheduling, and sourcing platforms
• A genuine interest in AI and emerging recruiting technology, and excitement about how it can streamline talent acquisition
• High attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment with confidential candidate and business information
• A service-oriented, collaborative approach with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
