Job Summary Travel nurse RN CVICU assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. Preferred TNCC Experience Minimum 3 years in Cardiac and/or Medical ICU with CVI experience (post‑operative open heart support) Inpatient cardiac ICU experience preferred; familiarity with arrhythmias, STEMI, post‑arrest care Required Skills Utilize nursing process for patient care of trauma/surgical and medical comorbidities Provide professional accountability and evaluate care effectiveness Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Maintain patient rights and confidentiality Physical Requirements Stand and walk most of the time on duty Meet unit‑specific physical demands; bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients with assistance Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs (pinch up to 15 lbs), kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally Working Conditions Night shift orientation on day shift; availability for full week for orientation High‑risk exposure to blood and body fluids Flu vaccination required (Mercy approved exemption) November 1‑April 1 Benefits Weekly pay Referral bonus Dental benefits Vision benefits 401k retirement plan Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement Estimated Pay Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages, weekly meal and lodging per diems based on GSA rates.
