Physician Outreach & Healthcare Relationship Manager (Open to Pharmaceutical / Medical Sales Representatives) Location: Cudahy, CA (Field-based – local clinics and medical offices) Company: City Rx Pharmacy, Inc. About the Role: City Rx Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven healthcare professional to build and grow partnerships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare staff in our local service area. This is not a traditional retail marketing role and not a desk job. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience as pharmaceutical sales representatives, medical reps, clinical liaisons, or provider relations professionals who enjoy in-person relationship building with doctors, medical assistants, and office managers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and clinic staff Conduct regular in-person visits to medical offices and clinics Educate providers and staff about City Rx Pharmacy services and patient support programs Act as a trusted point of contact, not a transactional salesperson Manage and grow a defined local territory Track visits, follow-ups, and outcomes Identify opportunities to improve referral workflows and collaboration Represent City Rx Pharmacy professionally and ethically at all times Work closely with pharmacy leadership to align outreach strategy Ideal Candidate Profile: Required / Strongly Preferred: Prior experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, medical device rep, healthcare sales rep, clinical liaison, or provider relations specialist Proven experience calling on doctors and medical clinics Comfortable interacting with front-desk staff, medical assistants, and office managers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Understanding of professionalism and compliance in healthcare settings Nice to Have: Existing local provider relationships Experience marketing healthcare services (not only products) Multilingual abilities (Spanish is a plus) What This Role Is and Is Not: This role IS: Relationship-focused Field-based Long-term partnership oriented Ethical and patient-centered This role is NOT: Retail counter work Digital-only marketing Why Join City Rx Pharmacy: Independent, locally owned pharmacy Direct access to leadership and decision-making Opportunity to make a visible impact in the community Potential for long-term growth and leadership opportunities Compensation: Competitive base compensation Performance-based incentives (details discussed during interview) #J-18808-Ljbffr City Rx Pharmacy
