Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected and growing boutique law firm in Glendale that is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Manage litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
- Develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients
- Work closely with expert witnesses, consultants, and litigation teams
- Perform legal research and analysis to support successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of California civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience managing litigation matters independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding results
- California Bar admission in good standing
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $145,000–$165,000
