They are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their growing team.Our client is offering the following benefits:Hourly Rate: $43.00–$49.00+ (higher compensation available for extensive hospice experience)$5,000 Net Relocation AssistanceHealth InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with 4% Employer MatchPTO – 19 Days During the First Year6 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating HolidaysMileage Reimbursement – $0.70 per mileUnlimited Ski PassesService Award Recognition ProgramEvening On-Call Pay – $4.00 per hourResponsibilities:Provide hospice nursing care throughout the Glenwood Springs service area (candidates living nearby are preferred)Manage a caseload of approximately 15 patientsCollaborate with the Clinical Manager and interdisciplinary care teamComplete accurate and timely documentation using MatrixCareParticipate in a rotating evening on-call schedule (one night per week)Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM–5:00 PMRequirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of ColoradoMinimum 5 years of nursing experienceAt least 1 year of hospice or home health experienceExperience with MatrixCare is preferredCompassionate, organized, and able to work independently
