Business Litigation Associate | New York City
\n \nOur client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a qualified Associate to support its complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. The firm is seeking candidates with between 4 and 6 years of litigation experience. Substantial experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions is a minimum requirement.
\n \nThe salary range for this position is $300,000 – $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

- Current admission to the New York Bar \n
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (there is no current or future sponsorship available for this role) \n
- 4-6 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation \n
- Experience in written discovery and ESI \n
- Experience motion drafting and drafting pleadings \n
- Personable, team player attitude \n
- Stellar academic credentials \n
