Opportunity As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding the company's presence within the commercial construction market. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive company growth. Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial construction opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and industry partners. Attend networking events, industry functions, and association meetings to promote the business. Generate and qualify leads while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and client meetings. Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities within the region. Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador within the construction community. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the commercial construction industry. Established network and relationships within the local construction market preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the growth of a startup business. Highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious with a passion for winning new business. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
