Texas Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Seeking a Texas Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls from prospective members, providing consultations on insurance needs and guiding them through product selections while achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls to assist prospective members and convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services Complete enrollments over the phone while adhering to product requirements and maintaining accurate documentation Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience Current and active Health Insurance license in the state of residence 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license or a bachelor's degree Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends Current residence in Texas, Tennessee, or Kentucky
