Join our dynamic team at La Colina, located inside Trailhead Lodge, for an exciting summer season opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to contribute to our vibrant kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep for daily service
• Support the kitchen team in executing menu items, which includes Mexican cuisine.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
• Assist with cooking and plating as needed during service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a small, busy kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work during the summer season, including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
