Title: Technical Product Manager
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Own Tier 3 production support and escalation management for complex production issues.
- Lead P1/P2 incident bridges and war rooms through resolution.
- Perform hands-on Splunk log analysis, API troubleshooting, error/latency analysis, and request tracing .
- Drive RCA, Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs), corrective actions, and MTTR reduction .
- Coordinate multiple engineering/vendor teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Manage production support across multiple development pods in a 24x7 environment .
- Track SLA, MTTR, incident recurrence, production health, and vendor performance .
- Build/maintain Splunk dashboards and monitoring/alerting .
- Coordinate troubleshooting across REST APIs, BFF, microservices, API gateways, and distributed systems .
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to balance production stability and feature delivery.
- Drive operational improvements including automation, canary releases, feature flags, and deployment controls.
- Identify opportunities for AI/LLM and agentic automation in incident triage, RCA, log analysis, and runbook execution.
- 8+ years of Technical Project/Program Management in software engineering environments.
- 3+ years managing Tier 3/L3 production support or production operations .
- 3+ years of multi-vendor technical program management.
- Proven experience managing P1/P2 incidents and 24x7 production operations .
- Hands-on Splunk experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with RCA, incident management, PIRs, SLA/MTTR tracking .
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, BFF architecture, and distributed systems .
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes/EKS .
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Telecom or large-scale consumer digital platform experience.
- SignalFx, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
- GitLab CI/CD, Helm, PagerDuty, ServiceNow/Jira Service Management.
- Canary/blue-green deployments and feature flags.
- Claude Code/API, LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, AIOps, or AI-driven production automation .
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
