Field Reimbursement Manager - GA

Regeneron seeks a Reimbursement Business Manager in Macon, Georgia to support healthcare provider access to the company's pharmaceutical products. The role bridges internal teams, payers, and healthcare facilities to optimize patient access, coverage resolution, and reimbursement strategy execution for Alliance products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales directors and medical specialists to support healthcare providers with access and reimbursement expertise
• Develop and execute strategic tactical plans for Alliance product access initiatives tailored to specific accounts
• Educate physician offices on coverage policies and resolve payer-related barriers to product access
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and maintain current knowledge of local and national payer landscapes
• Ensure team training and industry-leading expertise in reimbursement and access across therapeutic areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience with subcutaneous self-injectable biologics
• 2 years reimbursement-focused experience in matrix environment
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy network product delivery
• Knowledge of commercial, managed care, government, and federal payer sectors
• Familiarity with CMS policies and Part D expertise
• Account management structure experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
