Workplace Coordinator

Our client, a leading global commercial real estate and workplace services organization , is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join their team. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be part of the Workplace Operations team supporting Events, Front of House, and Facilities teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a service-focused mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workplace Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: 24/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate between Events and Workplace teams to ensure seamless event execution and workplace operations.
• Prepare event spaces, including room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow.
• Support Front of House operations, including guest welcome, check-in, visitor management, and access procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and presentation throughout workplace and event spaces.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while ensuring compliance with workplace safety, security, and operational procedures.

What's Needed?

• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or knowledge of workplace operations, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Proficiency with workplace management tools and Microsoft Office.
