About the Role Our Sales organization drives growth by introducing the world’s most sophisticated marketing teams to a more effective way to unlock performance from organic search. Our teams are supported by strong onboarding, ongoing enablement, and clearly defined career paths that help sellers continuously sharpen their craft and grow their careers. The Account Executive role is an incredible opportunity to manage the sales cycle from beginning to close, work externally with VP and C‑level executives and accelerate career growth. You will work directly with CMOs of top brands and industries, developing relationships and impacting business growth for both BrightEdge and our customers. How you'll spend your time: Manage the sales cycle and present BrightEdge, predominately via the web‑based demos Operate in a high‑capacity monthly cadence and meet a monthly quota Qualify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline Accurately forecast sales activity in Salesforce Work with the demand generation team to establish strong qualification criteria Work with the Customer Success team Provide customer and prospect feedback to both marketing and product teams Self‑source/cold‑call qualified opportunities We're excited about you if you have: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 1 year closing experience Quota driven: exceed monthly quota (MRR) Cadence: high‑impact speed through the sales cycle Demos: quarterback and solution‑sell high volume of demos Salesforce: great SFDC hygiene Playbook: adopt proven sales techniques Background: proven success in the SaaS platform space and preferred experience in MarTech Benefits Motivating, high‑impact work that builds your career Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple package options 15–23 days PTO depending on tenure plus 10 paid holidays Pre‑tax commuter benefit plan and company contribution to help reduce parking/public transit costs Discounted gym membership and fitness benefits Low‑cost therapy and professional coaching sessions through Spring Health 4–6 weeks fully paid parental leave Pet wellness and insurance plans to keep your furry family healthy $140,000 - $160,000 a year This role offers a base salary, uncapped monthly commission, and overtime pay. The listed range reflects the total on‑target earnings (OTE) factoring in expected overtime.
