Customer Service Lead

Insight Global's client in Atlanta, GA is looking to add a leader to their customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and leading programs that will create meaningful experiences for members.
- Assisting in interviewing and maintaining a positive work environment for the customer service team.
- Maintaining standards of exceptional customer service, facilitating positive member interactions and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction.
- Defining and holding customer service team accountable to KPI's surrounding member experience and satisfaction.
- 1 Year of boutique customer service experience focused more on relationship building and management.
- 1+ Year(s) of leadership experience at the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager level.
