Company Description
STOCKMATIC is a Miami-based 3PL logistics company specializing in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment. We offer multichannel integration with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok, and others, allowing us to efficiently manage large order volumes. We are located in the heart of Miami, Florida, near the area’s main logistics hubs.
We use a fulfillment management system to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately. We also provide end-to-end visibility and control over operations, helping our customers make informed decisions and grow their businesses.
Position Description
As a CSM (Customer Success Manager) at STOCKMATIC, you will manage day-to-day relationships with e-commerce customer accounts, helping ensure their fulfillment operations run smoothly.
You will coordinate communication between internal teams, operations, logistics, and technology, and customers, managing requests, issues, and service improvements. You will analyze order data, delivery times, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend specific actions.
You will also help onboard new accounts by supporting multichannel integrations and the initial setup of the fulfillment management system. This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Hialeah, Florida.
Requirements
- Account management, customer service, and clear communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and manage expectations.
- Experience in e-commerce and logistics, including 3PL, fulfillment, or order management. Familiarity with integrations for platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical skills and experience working with operational data, such as service KPIs, delivery times, and order volumes, and recommending improvements based on performance metrics.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize tasks, and prioritize issues in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a CSM or in a customer success role is preferred.
- English and Spanish proficiency, familiarity with digital tools, and an eagerness to learn in a technology-driven environment are also valued.
