This role combines strategic account management and business development, with responsibility for growing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and building relationships with both technical and commercial decision-makers. Ideal candidates will have experience selling power electronics, power supplies, automation equipment, electrical components, or other technical solutions into manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new customers through direct outreach and relationship building Sell standard and custom power solutions, including AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and battery charging technologies Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive-level stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through RFQs, testing, qualification, and award Develop account growth strategies and maintain long-term customer partnerships Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to introduce new technologies and applications Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account performance through CRM tools Meet revenue targets and expand market share within assigned accounts Qualifications: Electrical Engineering degree preferred (BSEE strongly preferred) 4+ years of technical sales experience selling power electronics, power supplies, automation equipment, or related industrial products (required) Experience selling into OEMs and industrial manufacturing customers Strong consultative selling and account management skills Ability to influence both technical and commercial decision-makers Comfortable with approximately 50% travel and independent territory management Benefits/Perks: Remote position Competitive compensation and performance incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Professional development opportunities Ready to take the next step in your technical sales career?
