This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and bringing innovative automation solutions to market. The successful candidate will work with customers across industries such as HVAC, pumping systems, food & beverage, logistics, material handling, and industrial manufacturing. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industrial markets and OEM accounts Proactively engage prospective customers and establish relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership stakeholders Create and execute strategic account development plans to drive revenue growth Maintain a strong understanding of customer roadmaps, projects, and future automation initiatives Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts Partner with internal engineering, product management, and technical teams to develop application-specific solutions Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical sales discussions Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and accurately forecast business activity Ensure timely follow-up and execution of customer requirements from initial engagement through project award Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities What We're Looking For:Electrical Engineering degree preferred (BSEE strongly preferred) 5+ years of experience selling industrial automation products and solutions within HVAC, pumping, logistics, material handling, packaging, food & beverage, or related industrial sectors Demonstrated success selling products such as: PLCs HMIs Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Servo Systems Motion Control Solutions Industrial Motors Controls & Automation Components Proven ability to develop new business and grow strategic accounts Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, or industrial end users Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functional teams Willingness to travel approximately 50% Why Consider This Opportunity?Competitive compensation and performance incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Professional development opportunities Apply today to be considered for this opportunity!
