Pacifico Hyundai is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Sales Manager to join our dealership.

The ideal candidate will have Hyundai sales and/or Automotive Management experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team. Experience with CDK is helpful

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the sales team

• Assisting with deal structure and closing

• Monitoring sales performance and department goals

• Providing excellent customer service

• Coaching and developing sales staff

• Working closely with dealership management to achieve overall objectives

Qualifications: Must be a strong closer and motivator.


• Hyundai experience strongly preferred

• Automotive sales management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Team-oriented management style

• CDK experience helpful

• Organized, motivated, and customer-focused
