The Role The 2026 Finance Graduates will perform a variety of roles for a multi-national finance team. We have a fresh new team expanding in our Belfast office and we want to hear from candidates that are motivated, self-driven and have a passion to learn and develop their skills in the world of financial technology. Finance Function Areas The Successful Applicants Will Be Able To Work Within All Of Options’ Finance Function Which Is Split Into a Variety Of Areas Including: Financial Planning and Analysis. Financial Accounting. Management Accounting Budgeting & Forecasting. Monthly Reporting and Consolidation. Transaction Services. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Ad-hoc experience in other specialist functions such as tax and procurement. Preferred Requirements Customer service experience (comfortable working with senior management and business owners). Solid competency in the following: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Candidates must have, or be working towards an Undergraduate degree in a Finance related discipline. We’re also looking for candidates with Strong research, writing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment. Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Desire to travel and see the world. Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner. A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector. Strong interpersonal skills. Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.
