Marketing Event Coordinator

Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will help manage webinars, virtual events, trade show partnerships, advertising programs, and lead generation campaigns. This role works closely with sales, marketing, clients, vendors, and external partners to support marketing efforts and track campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and lead generation campaigns from start to finish
• Communicate with sponsors, vendors, and clients to answer questions and ensure successful campaign execution
• Maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, KPIs, and status updates in Asana
• Work with designers to create marketing materials such as emails, banners, landing pages, and promotional content
• Support digital marketing efforts across website, email, and social media channels
• Partner with agencies on social media advertising and monitor campaign performance
• Update and create marketing and sales materials including media kits, case studies, newsletters, and promotional content
• Assist with expo and trade show partnerships, including logistics, sponsor activities, lead collection, and reporting
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and ad operations teams to execute campaigns and provide reporting and client support

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in xhyhwjd marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and external partners
• Experience with HTML, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
