Commercial Account Manager
The primary territory for this role is the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. areas.
RelaDyne is the nation's leading automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants provider and trusted partner for reliability services. We are more than a distributor - we are a team focused on innovation, service excellence, and long-term customer partnerships.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop new business within assigned territory
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Present new products and programs to customers
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service
- Monitor sales trends and customer performance
- Work closely with inside sales, operations, and credit teams
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing information
- Communicate market pricing and competitive activity to management
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales or account management experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Fuel, lubricant, or industrial sales experience is a plus
