About Us: The Animal Neurology Center is the premier veterinary neurology and neurosurgery practice in the Midwest, proudly based in St. Louis, Missouri. Our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate care while prioritizing client guidance and support. We’re growing quickly! We recently added our second board-certified veterinary neurologist and are seeking a leader who is driven, compassionate and forward-thinking to join us. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a resource and support system for fellow client service team members. Answer incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing general questions and facilitating connections with veterinary professionals Welcome clients and guide them through the admission process with empathy and professionalism Gather patient histories and updates from clients regarding their pets. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and overall client satisfaction. Develop, maintain and refine successful processes through implementation and outcome assessment. Lead team members with candid, direct conversations. Provide and receive regular feedback. Qualifications: Strong background in hospitality, customer service, client relations, or a similar field. Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team development experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to navigate challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment. Aptitude for computer systems and customer service software. A positive, team-oriented attitude with grace in receiving feedback and kindness in offering it. Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm May require occasional evening or weekend work, depending on business needs.
