Workforce Coordinator (SOW Support) Location: 100% Remote (Must reside within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MS, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH,SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to support the administration and operational execution of a high-volume Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, with a strong focus on Statement of Work (SOW) management . This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring efficient coordination of onboarding, compliance, contract execution, and reporting within a Vendor Management System (VMS). - Manage and oversee all SOW activities within the Vendor Management System (Beeline), including:
- New SOW submissions
- Amendments and extensions
- Resource onboarding processes
- Contract review and execution (e.g., DocuSign)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SOW program operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and required documentation
- Track key milestones such as SOW end dates, extensions, and project timelines
- Support financial processes, including:
- Billing coordination
- Budget tracking
- Approval workflows
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and workforce analytics
- Monitor vendor performance and support scorecard development
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings
- 2+ years of experience in MSP programs, contingent workforce management, staffing, RPO, or HR operations
- Recent hands-on experience with Beeline VMS , including:
- SOW module experience within the last 6 months
- 2+ years of experience managing Statement of Work (SOW) engagements and vendor contracts
- Experience in:
- Strategic sourcing
- Vendor performance management
- Reporting and analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of contingent labor compliance and classification standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise-level workforce programs
- Knowledge of rate card management and bill rate negotiations
- Background in large corporate environments such as healthcare, financial services, or similar industries
- Experience with contract management and review
- Required: High School Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
