Rate: Starting at $80 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children, tailored to individual needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide training and support to parents on ABA strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
• Stay updated on best practices in ABA therapy and child development.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for children.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• BCBA or RBT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and families.
