Marketing Manager

Overview NRP Group is a full‑service multifamily developer, general contractor, and property manager. The Field Marketing Manager will support our portfolio of multifamily communities across core markets, driving property visibility, occupancy, and brand awareness. Responsibilities Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, print collateral, signage, photo shoots, direct mail, email marketing, social media, community outreach, and on‑site events. Leverage market research to craft localized marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals and leasing objectives. Collaborate with Creative Services and the Field Marketing Director for creative direction and agency partnership, including naming and branding of each property. Manage media spend for assigned properties, optimizing budget allocation for paid media (search, display, social, listing sites) to maximize ROI and lead quality. Work with property management leadership and onsite teams to support marketing and leasing goals and differentiate each property from competitors. Ensure brand consistency across all channels with unified messaging, design, and tone. Plan, coordinate, and execute property milestone events in partnership with corporate communications to boost awareness and leasing activity. Build and nurture relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to expand property exposure and outreach. Track campaign performance and media spend, analyze marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and improve overall marketing performance. Maintain accurate performance dashboards and documentation of results (traffic, leads, conversion, event ROI). Participate in special projects and initiatives such as property management or corporate event activities. Travel to markets (up to 50%) for on‑site reporting, competitive research, photo shoots, and event support. Qualifications College degree in liberal arts, marketing, management, business, or real estate. 3‑5+ years of progressive marketing experience, managing planning and activation from start to finish. Experience within a large, collaborative marketing team while operating as an individual contributor. Nice to Have 3+ years of marketing in multi‑family residential or related industry with responsibility for digital media planning, advertising, outreach, sales process, and event execution. Experience exceeding sales expectations across various property lifecycle stages, especially ClassA properties. Operations assignments in residential multi‑family (e.g., Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager). Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and property management software packages (preferred). Strategic and creative problem‑solving. Strong knowledge of multi‑channel marketing strategies and digital tactics. Salary & Benefits Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 with performance bonus. Commission and bonus opportunities.
