Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.27 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while following site access procedures, reporting maintenance concerns, operational issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrols. Support order at the location by remaining visible, providing directions and assistance, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
