QA/QC Manager

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for QA/QC Managers to join them on a Data Centre Project in Finland, as well as in other locations across Europe such as Germany. You Will Be Responsible For: Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan in alignment with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations. Lead the preparation, review, and approval of quality documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures. Manage and coordinate all quality assurance and quality control activities across the project, ensuring construction works meet contractual specifications and industry standards. Supervise quality inspections and testing on site, liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to verify compliance and resolve non-conformities. Conduct regular quality audits across all work packages, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented. Maintain quality records and documentation to ensure full traceability and support project handover, including test reports, certifications, as-builts, and O&M manuals. Provide training, guidance, and leadership to project staff and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Interface with the client and their representatives on all quality matters, ensuring expectations are met and that any issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner. You Will Need: A Professional Qualification in Construction / Engineering A minimum of 5 years experience on large scale projects, working for a tier 1 contractor. An EU passport is required for this role. Data Centre Experience is not required but highly desirable.
