Operational Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist to support supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance activities within Ariba and PeopleSoft. This role will manage high-volume supplier requests, resolve complex issues, support system cleanup, and collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and other business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier setup, onboarding, and maintenance requests.
• Process supplier modifications and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Research and resolve complex supplier and system-related issues and escalations.
• Support system cleanup and ensure supplier data remains accurate and up to date.
• Identify process risks and document procedures, training needs, and process improvements.
• Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers.
• Partner with Ariba and cross-functional SCM teams to ensure successful supplier enablement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba, PeopleSoft, or similar procurement/ERP systems.
• Experience in supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance, vendor management, procurement operations, or P2P processes.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, project-driven environment.
