Business Development Manager - REMOTE

We are seeking a top-tier sales professional who can make an immediate impact by bringing qualified customers to the table. This role is designed for a proven, relationship-driven sales leader well connected within industries including wastewater, chemical manufacturing, refineries, industrial/manufacturing and similar.

* - THIS IS A REMOTE/HYBRID TYPE OPPORTUNITY WHICH ALLOWS THE CANDIDATE TO LIVE WITHIN THE STATES OF TEXAS, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA OR ARKANSAS. REGULAR TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is a high-performing salesperson with deep industry relationships and a demonstrated track record of winning work. This individual will be responsible for developing new opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships, and positioning our company as a preferred partner for environmental and Class 1 wastewater disposal requirements.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for a professional who can operate independently, understands how projects are bought and sold, and can translate relationships into awarded work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage an existing book of business to bring immediate, qualified opportunities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across OUR core markets, including:
  
  • Petrochemical Plants
  • Refineries
  • Chemical Manufacturing Facilities
  • Municipal Treatment Plants
  • Industrial Facilities
  • Oilfield Service Companies
  • Paper Mills
  • Power Plants
• Drive projects from initial pursuit through award, ensuring alignment between sales commitments and field execution.
• Represent our company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic growth initiatives
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience in industrial sales.
• An established network and active book of business capable of generating immediate revenue.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and project pursuits.
