A thriving, paperless and unique LGBT health and wellness practice in West Hollywood is looking for a medical assistant to support the current nursing and medical provider team. We are seeking a seasoned medical assistant with 3+ years of medical assistant experience with a demonstrated ability to manage an office. You should have experience assisting providers with procedures and visits, IV management, injections, helping patients check-in and out, perform EKG's, handle phones, schedule appointments, and more. Please be comfortable hitting the ground running and comfortable working with multiple providers. About the role You'll need to quickly demonstrate understanding of our: EHR (drChrono--it's fine if you don't have experience in this particular EHR, but if you've encountered others, you'll pick it up quickly) Telephone system Samples and medications Ability to organize office and maintain office flow Clinics are open and looking to staff primarily M-S, 8AM-8PM, with hours and days varying.
