Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions, identify their goals, and establish individualized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to provide dedicated and personalized care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to optimize patients' recovery.
• Document all care activities thoroughly and maintain clear communication with patients regarding their progress and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care for each patient.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans based on patients' responses and outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Promote preventative strategies that reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. This includes athletes, older adults, and individuals engaged in physical therapy due to lifestyle-related injuries. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique challenges faced by each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California is essential.
• Must have an untarnished professional record, with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise protocols.
• Experience using EMR software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Relevant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
• A background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
