Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions to design specific, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs, focusing on restoring function and improving physical performance.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care progress and contribute to a cohesive treatment approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California state license in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
