Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Broker role is based in Chicago, IL. The broker will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions, from initial consultation through closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing and buyer presentations, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and market conditions. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and working with lenders, attorneys, and other parties to facilitate smooth closings. The broker will maintain accurate records in brokerage systems, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and uphold high standards of ethical conduct and client service consistent with Domaine’s concierge approach. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of residential and commercial markets. Demonstrated Brokerage experience, including managing transactions and navigating regulatory and compliance requirements. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships. Active Illinois real estate broker license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Proficiency with MLS platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation. Ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for client meetings, showings, and events. Track record of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to industry ethics and best practices.
