In this role, you will Bring customers through the door . You'll own the story and the growth engine that turns that story into signups, listings, and closed transactions. Own the Homekey narrative end-to-end . You will define our voice, aesthetic, and brand positioning across every outlet. Embed in product and engineering and translate technical depth into stories . You will sit in product meetings, find the stories worth telling, and ship them independently. Who you are You have scaled brand and distribution and can point to specific wins. You have strong opinions about brand and growth strategy, and can convince the team. You create with intention. You identify audience pain points and turn them into compelling reasons to act. You have taste. Your visual and verbal output sets the bar, not meets it. You are a power user of generative AI and design tools, using them to multiply output without sacrificing precision or aesthetic. You are located within a commutable distance of Palo Alto, CA.
