Job Title: Benefits & Eligibility Specialist / Customer Support

Location: Tucson, AZ 85714
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week | 100% Onsite
Duration: 2+ Month Contract with potential extension or full-time conversion
Pay: $18.61/hour (W2)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits & Eligibility Specialis t to review benefit applications, determine eligibility, process case files, and provide excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, case management, insurance, healthcare, government programs, or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility.
• Research, verify, and analyze information for accurate case processing.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records.
• Communicate with applicants regarding benefits, policies, and required documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and case management systems to process and document cases.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while handling confidential information.
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, insurance, healthcare, case management, or call center experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
  

Preferred Experience

• Benefits or eligibility determination.
• Insurance, unemployment, healthcare, social services, or government programs.
• Documentation review and case management.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
