Direct Hire : Full-Time, non-exempt position that comes with a full suite of benefits, PTO, annual bonus' and more!

Shift : Monday-Friday (8AM-5:00PM)

Base Pay: $20.00 to $22.00/hr.

Job Summary:

The Distribution Specialist plays a crucial role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, receive incoming inventory, and ensuring efficient distribution operations within a small team environment. This position requires hands-on experience with being able to operate Forklift equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and proficiency in inventory and data management to maintain smooth receiving and shipping processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory accuracy, inventory cycle-counts, and stock levels
• Fulfill and process orders promptly and accurately
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities
• Receive goods and verify shipment contents
• Conduct quality control checks on products and shipments
• Replenish stock to optimize warehouse organization
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Load and unload materials efficiently and safely

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory management, required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• International shipping experience, desired, Domestic shipping with FedEx, UPS, USPS, required.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite Software, required.
• Forklift operation experience, required. Certification, desired.
• Prior experience with pallet jack operation.

Responsibilities may include:

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of various software like, Microsoft Office and ERP Software for inventory documentation.
• Working safely around office, distribution equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds within established safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean work area while following company safety policies and procedures.
