The AGM / Bar Manage Role

The position of Bar Manager will be very hands on in managing this challenging business. As the company is really people focused, you will be getting involved in building the whole organizational culture, standards and to some extent the whole concept. Also, you will be developing cocktail lists and coming up with exciting new ideas for the bar. You will also be leading a team in the bar.

The Person

The right Bar Manager will have experience of high-end & high-volume sites. You would have to be keen to prove yourself in a high-end environment where you can really shine! We need people that are passionate inside and outside of work, people that are generally outgoing with a positive attitude. Also, passion for cocktails and mixology is essential.
