Bar Manager

The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of bar operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of beverage service, ensuring consistency in guest experience, managing staff performance, controlling costs, and supporting overall restaurant operations. The Bar Manager will work closely with the General Managers and Ownership to the company's reputation for quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

Bar Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and craft margaritas.
• High school or GED required.
• A passion for providing great service, food & drink with a guest-first mentality
• Dedication to leading both front of house & back of house teams
• Ability to train, empower, and motivate
