• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
• Contribute to team efforts by participating in training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
