Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions for a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families, fostering an environment of trust and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, as well as those dealing with life transitions, substance use disorders, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates who have provided services to diverse populations, including underserved communities, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices and the use of digital tools for counseling will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
