Included Health is seeking a remote Member Care Advocate (MCA) to support members with benefits navigation and care options. You will handle inbound calls and chats, explain coverage and cost-sharing, locate in-network providers, and guide enrollments. Training lasts 3 weeks with a 10 a.m.–7 p.m. EST schedule, after which you’ll transition to the regular schedule.
