We are currently seeking a qualified Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s organization and contribute to their ongoing success. Job summary Our company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, launch, and continuous improvement of advanced electromechanical products. Thisindividual will play a key role in driving manufacturing readiness, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and ensuring high-quality production processes across complex robotic systems. Responsibilities:Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives Investigate and resolve quality issues Develop and improve manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies Interpret engineering drawings and schematics Support lean manufacturing initiatives Requirements:manufacturing engineering experience Experience with electronics manufacturing and assembly Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) Experience in a lean manufacturing environment Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics Experience with PCB assemblies, cable/harness builds Background with electromechanical products Exposure to robotics or complex systems manufacturing At OpenArc, we prioritize your career success and strive to build exceptional technical teams for our clients.
