Job Description
The Inbound Sales Representative converts inbound leads into active delivery partners by conducting consultative sales calls, guiding prospects through the onboarding process, and supporting them as they join a growing delivery program. This role focuses on qualifying prospective partners, managing a high volume of calls, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective delivery partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, business models, and goals, and clearly present the value of the delivery program.
- Guide prospective partners through each step of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the program.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and partner progress in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Provide clear, data-driven feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help improve processes and strategies.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to move leads through the sales funnel and support partner engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, align on goals, and support overall program growth.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and represent the program with professionalism and a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of calls and multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and activation goals.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Comfort with consultative selling, including asking probing questions and tailoring solutions to partner needs.
- Experience in logistics, retail, or technology industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Customer service–oriented approach with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Comfort working in a project-based contract environment with performance-based reviews.
This is a project-based contract role with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review, with no tenure limit on the contract. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence 1–2 days per week at a Nashville-area facility (BNA12), with the remaining days worked remotely. The environment is metrics-driven and fast-paced, with frequent phone-based interactions and regular use of CRM systems and sales enablement tools. The workplace supports both independent work and collaboration with a broader sales and operations team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
