Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get into the sanitation field with little prior experience required! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in production spaces and common areas throughout the facility. This position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and comfort working in a cleanroom setting with personal protective equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production spaces and common areas within the facility.
• Follow detailed instructions and specifications for cleaning procedures.
• Utilize PPE effectively in cleanroom environments.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.

Essential Skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Capability to pass pre-employment assessments.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to train on the first shift for 4-6 weeks.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kittery, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
